The Wolgan Ravines is an area of the Newnes Plateau that has been highly dissected by the Wolgan River and the tributary creeks that flow into it.
The landscape consists of deep twisting gorges, high cliffs and amazing pagoda structures that have created intricate ecosystems for the plants and animals that have made their home there.
Walkers who accept the challenge this country presents are rewarded with some breath taking views and incredible beauty.
