Mt Warrigal

Mt Warrigal is one of the larger peaks in the Wild Dog Mountains.

It can be climbed from the eastern & western sides. Prydes Prospect offers excellent views across the wilderness as do vantage points to the north and the south.

Wombat Parade on the eastern side of Mt Warrigal gives easy access to Warrigal Gap, Mt Merrimerrigal & Mt Dingo. An overhang near the southern end could be used for shelter if necessary.

While there is no water on Mt Warrigal there are seeps on the eastern side that support moisture loving plants like Melaleuca Hypericafolia and some interesting orchids.
