Gasper Buttress is a steep spur running from north east Mt Jenolan down to the Coxs River, almost 1.7 kilometres away.
Gasper Buttress separates Gasper Gully and Gasper Creek.
It is sometimes used as a route to Mt Queahgong by people doing the 3 Peaks.
Gasper Buttress is very narrow at the bottom, almost tucked away between to gullies. Once located though it is a natural route to Mt Jenolan.
There aren't many views until the rocks near the top, The Gaspers, are reached.
