Dunphys Lookout

Dunphys Lookout is a rock platform at the southern tip of Mt Wallarra.

The lookout is almost impossible to see from anywhere else but it offers terrific panoramic views over Tartarus Deep.

The easy climb down from Dunphys lookout to Dark Angel Ridge provides a way into Tartarus Deep.

Thick heath on Mt Wallarra makes access to Dunphys Lookout across the top quite difficult. An approach along the base of the cliffs is much easier.
