Breakfast Creek runs west from Glenraphael Swamp on Narrow Neck Plateau to the Coxs River.
Although a small creek and often dry it carries tremendous volumes of water after heavy rain.
Breakfast Creek has eroded a deep valley that separates Ironpot Mountain & Ironmonger Hill from the Wild Dog Mountains.
Above the junction with Carlon Creek, there are a number of beautiful pools and waterfalls.
